Immerse yourself in nature while nurturing your mental well-being with like-minded peers on a scenic walk through the Rock Creek Greenway.

This well-shaded, paved pathway connects four beautiful parks across Gainesville, from Lake Lanier to downtown. We'll start our walk at Longwood Park, offering stunning lake views, then continue through Wilshire Trails Park, Ivey Terrace Park, and finally, the Rock Creek Veterans Park with its outdoor amphitheater.

Our walk will begin with a brief icebreaker and light stretching. We'll traverse the Rock Creek Greenway from Longwood Park to Rock Creek Veterans Park, then walk back to end with a guided mindfulness exercise by the lake.
