Immerse yourself in nature while nurturing your mental well-being with like-minded peers. Rock Creek Greenway is a well-shaded, paved pathway connecting four parks across Gainesville, from downtown to Lake Lanier. We'll start our walk at Rock Creek Park's small outdoor amphitheater and head west, passing through Ivey Terrace Park and Wilshire Trails Park before reaching Longwood Park. There we'll enjoy a beautiful view of the lake and engage in guided mindfulness exercises. The walk back will include a group reflection activity.

Parking is available at Rock Creek Park Trailhead (223 Northside Drive, Gainesville, GA 30501) or Gainesville North Parking Deck (100 Brenau Ave NE, Gainesville, GA 30501).
